It’s My Process

With years of permanent makeup experience, this is my area of expertise.

01. It’s very important

you inform me prior to booking a treatment or committing to finance if –

YOU have any OLD MICROBLADING or TATTOOING which needs correcting or covered. 

YOU take any MEDICATION,  have MEDICAL CONDITIONS or ALLERGIES. 

02. Im NOT

able to perform any aesthetic or PMU treatments on women who are PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING

03. Remember you

need to allow healing time between other aesthetic treatments and facials. I usually recommend 2-3 weeks between any Botox\filler and a PMU treatment. With skin peels this time may be longer

04. Note

This is to keep all my customers safe and also to keep within the legal requirements outlined by my insurance company.

Not declaring any of the above may result in your treatment not going ahead and your non refundable deposit will be lost.

Cancellation policy

  • Booking fees and deposits are non refundable
  • Booking fees and deposit can be transferred to a different appointment or booking PROVIDING a minimum of 3 working days notice is given when requesting rescheduled time or date.
  • If you forget to attend your appointment or cancel within 3 working days of your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay another deposit to rebook.
  • Please ensure you read our pre information form. Failing to follow the pre information could lead to me being unable to perform your treatment and your deposit being lost.
  • Initial PMU service include your initial treatment and ONE pre scheduled free topup appointment. PLEASE note this appointment is subject to all above terms and condition. Failure to attend your topup appointment or cancellation within the 72hrs time period will result in the loss of your appointment. To reschedule a missed topup appointment there is a non refundable fee of £100
